Hello, I’m Albin

Junior cinematic artist

I’m an Animation & VFX student who really enjoys creating stories and beautiful visuals.

Before Futuregames, I studied and worked as a video editor, which has transfered very seamlessly over to games and cinematics.

I’ve worked on multiple game projects in different teams compiled of students across all the disciplines at Futuregames. I learned a ton from all of them. Working with my passionate and talented classmates has definitely been the highlight of my education.

I grew up with a passion for music and film. I played guitar and made short, silly movies with my friends. While I still play guitar, I now make short, silly, digital movies with my friends instead.

When I think of my favorite stories, I always think of the mood and the emotional impact it had on me. Everything from nostalgic lighting to badass action sequences, there is always a story being told that makes us feel something.

I have developed a strong sense of visual story telling. I want to use that experience and build upon it to create stories with people, and for people who care.

Animation project 4. Our final school project. This was a group effort once again where I did the cinematography, lighting and sequence editing for my scenes (everything except for the battle sequence) I also did the Video editing and Sound design for the final delivery.

Love, Dead Robot

A solo project made in a week in unreal engine 5 for a course called “Digital Cinematography. My main goals were clear screan direction, interesting camera angles and a simple story that invokes some kind of emotion. I added lighting, VFX and sound design to bring it all together.

STRATA²

A cinematic game trailer created over four weeks for a game made by designers and programmers at Futuregames. I contributed with cinematic design, cinematography, lighting, simple environment animations and VFX for the enemies. This project was created in Unreal engine 5
